Objective:
Educated users on Kingston's technical advantages, while growing loyal fan base and brand advocacy.
Challenge:
With content consumption shifts, it becomes difficult to inform the audience on complex tech products.
Solution:
We took on turnkey Youtube channel management, including concept, user acquisition and content curation/production. Throught the project, we created dozens of interactive and educational videos to showcase Kingston's product advantages and technical breakthroughs. To ensure more engagement, we developed a concept of the brand mascot we called Rex. Using community feedback, we created content to suit their needs and requests and natively integrate the brand.
